The 24th IMISCOE Annual Conference, titled “United for Human Rights and Global Equity,” will take place from July 6 to July 9, 2027, in Brussels and online. The event is hosted by the Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies (BRISPO) and the Brussels Interdisciplinary Research Centre on Migration and Minorities (BIRMM) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
The conference invites critical and interdisciplinary engagement on migration, racism, and how they intersect with broader structures of inequality, colonial legacies, and geopolitics.
