This Collection invites original research that advances the field of gender economics from theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented perspectives. It welcomes contributions examining how public policies – including taxation, welfare, investment, and public services – shape gender equality, as well as studies addressing inclusive economic growth, social equity, and sustainable development. Particular attention is given to research on undervalued or unmeasured economic activities, especially unpaid care and domestic work.
